MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in citrus/fruit farming
• Minimum of 3 years in a production management role
• Computer literacy essential
• Latest/modern technology knowledge
• Proven administrative and management experience
• Strong and effective communication and written skills
• SUPERIOR knowledge of modern farming practices, especially in terms of citrus cultivation essential
