Technical skills requirements
Support management and cross-functional business partners with timely, accurate, actionable spend analysis, financial analysis and any other analytics required. Conduct Needs Analysis, work with internal stakeholders to identify scope and execute special projects resulting in measurable value to the corporation. Structure custom analyses that drive insight into the business units and operation cost for the business This will include the documenting of analytical models, data management and processes.
A minimum BSC/ BCom in informatics / CISSP certification advantageous Computer Science or related field. Min of 6 years related experience in Pre Sales and assisting the sales team.
Experience from an IT background, Telecommunications or Cyber environment. Will assist sales team with pre sales activities providing leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
Technical knowledge required in assisting clients with the total product experience. Technical account management and understanding of IT and information Security especially Cryptography, Cryptographic key management, Digital signing, Encryption in email, communication and database cloud.
An IT Degree or National Diploma in Information Techology required with a minimum of 5 Years related experience from a cyber security or banking environment.
Knowledge of MS SQL Server, MV, WPF, WCF, XAML, ASP.NET, Web services required. Knowledge of Team Foundation Server advantageous.
The incumbent will be accountable for solutions analysis and development, by guiding the development of software specifications; unit testing, leading developers on certain projects in designing, developing and maintaining software solutions or key modules.
You will be responsible for end to end planning and execution of compensation budgets and programs. The position is also responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of specific components of complex compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines.
