The role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and reporting of talent practices across the group, this includes:
- Sourcing and recruitment
- Learning and development
- Succession planning
- Employee engagement
- Talent retention
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant Bachelor degree
- 6+ years of HR experience in multiple talent management practices (recruitment, learning, employee engagement, performance management, competencies assessments, and succession planning)
- Registered Industrial/ Organisational Psychologist (HPCSA registration) will be an advantage
- Fluent in English, French speaking an advantage
This role will suit a detail orientated, HR professional who is passionate about several areas of talent management with a track record of effective delivery. This role requires a candidate who is able to develop relationships across the business, and across regions in a virtual setting where there is a demand on delivery of multiple work inputs.
This role is based in Cape Town, and is an office based position.
