Report to the Payroll Supervisor and be responsible for processing 2000 - 2500+ monthly paid salaries / wages on SAGE People 300. Oversee employee, transactions and reporting activities; assist in payroll calculations and support the Payroll Team; record and maintain current employees and update the payroll master data; process payroll including importing WFM hours and checking of data; checking payrolls and validate Payroll Administrators input done; maintain employee records for new hires, pay changes and terminations; assist Management with adhoc tasks; salary check-lists and variance reports that enlist all new additions, terminations, maternity gross earnings, deductions to be checked and validated for approval by relevant Managers; prepare payroll related reports; prepare files for authorisations of designated payrolls; update leave forms on SAGE People 300; resolve payroll queries; print and distribute payslips and provide month-end reports for the FM. Position would suit a person with a completed National Diploma in Credit Management / B.Com (Accounting) / similar or studying towards, with 3 years related experience within the Financial Services / Investments Industry (ie. as a Credit Loans Administrator or Compliance Officer). The main duties include preventing credit losses by way of thorough credit and legal assessments; ensure investments submitted for approval can be effectively and efficiently implemented; ensure all approved investments are administered in a safe and sound manner and in compliance with CRM policies and procedures; ensure credit administration duties are conducted in a way as to ensure quality and minimise potential loss; monitor adherence of covenants and conditions; manage and communicate the risks associated with outstanding securities such as suretyship / bonds and covering bonds; maintain thorough, accurate and up to date credit files which include a set of financials, valuations, credit decisions and all related communication. The role has primary working relationships with the Investment Executives / Managers / Finance, Legal and Legal Collections. KPI's include : Credit assessments; legal implementation; disbursement; collateral management and legal collections and compliance support. Suitable candidates must reside in Pretoria, and the role would ideally suit a female.

Various management and month end reports;
High performance required in terms of daily financial management, i.e. of management of key cost drivers of the division, working capital requirements and management and driving efficiencies;
Exhibits sound conceptual and analytical skills, apply intellect and knowledge in identifying critical issues
Understanding of internal control procedures and ability to develop and co-ordinate improvements in this area;
Ensure compliance to group and company policies and procedures;
Various other responsibilities at group level;
General office administration
Working knowledge of SAP and experience in working in the Guarding Division of a Security Company essential. Position requires a dynamic indiviual with strong leadership skills.

Position requires a candidate with a completed B.Com (Accounting), plus completed SAIPA or SAICA articles, with 1-2 years commercial experience in a similar role. Applicable tax knowledge including Income Tax and VAT, ability to compile and implement financial risk / contingency plans, ability to resolve conflict / problems in an amicable manner and have strong analytical abilities.
