Planning Engineer / Scheduler required to be based in Cork, Ireland. Open for SA Citizens with firm intentions of relocating. Start date will be as soon as possible with a relocation ideally in August or September 2020

Must have at least 3 to 5 Years of construction work experience as Planner / Scheduler across all sectors including Pharmaceutical, Commercial & Residential Construction projects.

Process after an interview has been held:
There is a process which needs to be followed for permits, Visa’s etc which our client will give assistance with to the suitable applicant. Traditionally our client undertakes the Visa / Employment process. Our client expects the applicant to pay any Government charges (circa €1000) which our client will give back to the applicant after a successful 6 month probation period.
This post is for the Cork office and will require the successful applicant to be based in Cork, Ireland with occasional travel to the UK. Our client will arrange initial accommodation in Cork on arrival
Construction Manager / PrCM / Senior Site Agent
SACPCMP registration essential
Pre-planning of contracts, set all activity targets and functions by trade and discipline
Execute Contract, liaison with all selected sub-contractors / suppliers to coordinate works and manage activities to the construction programme
Project Management, set construction programme and monitor contract progress
Construction Management, manage all trades in terms of production and adherence to specifications
Compilation of technical literature for the structural work completed for the contracts
Must be able to start immediately on an essential services project that is a 6 month LDC contract
