You will also conduct client assessments, testing, support and training to both internal and external customers/audiences with the view of enhancing business processes, reducing printing and optimising clients document environments.
Prospective candidates must have:
Relevant IT Degree/diploma.
2 – 3 years IT/software experience.
Experience in office automation is beneficial but not essential.
An understanding of organisational processes and workflows as well as financial processes.
Driver’s license and own transport essential.
Must be able to work independently and have a strong customer orientation.

The below are some of the key areas of responsibility (not an exhaustive list):
Conduct assessments within project plan and client expectations
Generating monthly client reports
Working with sales team to identify and implement document solutions to enhance client environment based on report findings
Understanding client environments and infrastructure
Developing working relationships with client IT departments
Identifying and implementing value-add services to reduce client printing and costs
Identification and implementation of technologies and solutions within client environments workflows to reduce printing and/or costs
Working with Sales and Service Teams to continuously improve client technologies and workflows to reduce printing and/or costs
Testing of software updates within client environments
Installation and maintenance of software suite within clients environment
Logging of software related incidents with the development team
Working with development team to enhance and continuously improve software suite – including internal applications
On-going training of end-users, clients and sales team on software suite capability
First-line software support to client

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts/customers and managing new business. This would suit an individual who has project management experience with a flare for Sales. This is not a traditional Sales role – the incumbent acts as a Consultant to businesses providing them with document solutions and adding value to the client.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Matric certificate. Any relevant tertiary qualification beneficial (Sales/Marketing).
3 – 5 years project management and sales experience, including business development experience is key. Experience in MPS or office automation is beneficial but not essential.
Driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential.
Proficient on MS Office.
