Loss Prevention Administrator - 3 Month Contract

Our client in Pietermaritzburg is looking for an immediately available Loss Prevention Administrator for a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities: 

  •  Opening and closing accounts on Pastel
  •  Reviewing payments 
  •  Generating letters of demand for outstanding accounts
  •  Filing requisitions and bank statements 
  •  Assisting with wages 
  •  Working alongside the bookkeeper
  •  Interacting with clients regarding account queries 

Experience Required:

  •  Minumum Grade 12 
  •  Collections experience 
  •  1-year in Debtors 
  •  Computer literate 
  •  Pastel experience is a benefit
  •  Basic bookkeeping course
