Receptionist / Employee Benefit Administrator ? Pietermaritzburg

Our client in the Financial Services Industry is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Employee Benefit Administrator to join their established brokerage.

Responsibilities:
• Reception duties including answering the switchboard, diverting calls, taking messages, and dealing with client queries
• Assisting with claims including disability, dread disease and retirement claims
• Attending to monthly tenant accounts
• Assisting with tax certificates
• Providing admin reports on a monthly basis
• Ad hoc duties including keeping the first aid box stocked, office birthdays, post, the attendance register and managing orders for the office

Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with new and long standing clients
• High attention to detail when dealing with claims
• Versatile and willing to attend to various duties
• Proficient, meticulous and hardworking
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Professional and well-presented
