Finance Administrator - Ladysmith
The role would entail Entering/Maintaining Data, Analysis, Checking and Reconciling and duties would include but not limited to:
- Preparing working audit papers and supporting documents
- Ensuring GL accounts and cash books are reconciled monthly
- Preparing monthly reconciliations
- Preparing monthly reports to control costs and provide for review
- Assisting with cycle counts and related capturing and variance reports
- Monitoring debit orders/unnecessary costs
- Other items that may come up during the normal work day where assistance may be required
- Capturing certain cash books
- Processing of Goods Received Notes on Syspro
- General support to the Finance Team/Company.
- Entering/Maintaining Data on Syspro
- Preparing and monitoring cash flow if required
