Web Developer should have knowledge of front-end technologies including PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML and designing and managing website back-end including database and server integration, and integrations with other platforms.
- Design and build sites in WordPress
- Build ecommerce sites
- Create the website architecture
- Design and best practice consideration for UX
- Generating WordPress themes and plugins
- Conducting website performance tests
- Troubleshoot website problems
- Monitoring the performance of live websites
- Technical SEO / Google best practice
- Maintain, update and optimise websites
- Generate quotations and project timelines based on client specifications, requirements and technical needs
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters
- Attend client meetings
- Manage clients / client briefs
- Google Ads - Must have a good knowledge of implementing and running google ad campaigns
- Ability to project manage/manage the department
- Knowledge of web security
- Knowledge of web / email server infrastructure
- Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
