Recruitment Consultant ? Candidate Experience - Pietermaritzburg

Responsibilities:

  • Talent scouting and sourcing top candidates for active vacancies
  • Conducting thorough interviews and screening of candidates
  • Providing candidates with support, giving them guidance, and ensuring that the candidate experience is handled with care and professionalism
  • Preparation of job descriptions and relevant advertising
  • Building a network of candidates and building relationships with job seekers
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and generating relevant reports
  • General administration; responding to emails timeously, providing feedback, conducting background checks
  • Working on allocated job specs and working towards matching candidates with the profiles

Requirements:

  • 2-years previous experience in recruitment
  • Confident and charismatic personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong talent sourcing ability and an eye for matching candidates to job briefs
  • Well networked individual with a keenness to grow their contact sphere
  • High ethical standards, and someone who takes ownership of the recruitment process and takes strict responsibility for placing the right people in the right positions
  • Someone who is calm under pressure and shows compassion
  • Well organised, self-motivated and resilient
