Our client in Germiston has an opportunity available for an HR Coordinator.
Requirements:
- English First Language
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development
- Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
- In-depth understanding of labour law
- In-depth understanding of Motor Industry Bargaining Council main agreement and regulations
- Knowledge of Employment Equity Legislation
- Knowledge of Skills Development Legislation
KPAs:
- Manage Human Resources Department which has more than one discipline:
- Payroll Department
- Health and Safety
- Employee Clinic
- Employee Canteen
- BBBEE
- Formulating Human Resources policies and procedures and ensures they are carried out
- Advise, support and counsel line managers; coordinators and supervisors.
- Performance Management: Develop, implement, monitor
- Oversee all appointment and terminations (including terminations due to operation requirements)
- Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment: Monitor, evaluate, implement and report
