HR Coordinator

Human Resource, Training and Recruitment , Gauteng Germiston


Our client in Germiston has an opportunity available for an HR Coordinator.


  • English First Language
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development
  • Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
  • In-depth understanding of labour law
  • In-depth understanding of Motor Industry Bargaining Council main agreement and regulations
  • Knowledge of Employment Equity Legislation
  • Knowledge of Skills Development Legislation


  • Manage Human Resources Department which has more than one discipline:
    • Payroll Department
    • Health and Safety
    • Employee Clinic
    • Employee Canteen
    • BBBEE
  • Formulating Human Resources policies and procedures and ensures they are carried out
  • Advise, support and counsel line managers; coordinators and supervisors.
  • Performance Management: Develop, implement, monitor
  • Oversee all appointment and terminations (including terminations due to operation requirements)
  • Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment: Monitor, evaluate, implement and report
