IT Support Team Leader

IT & Telecommunications , Gauteng JHB - Northern Suburbs


Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, has an opportunity available for an IT Support Team Leader.


  • Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) 
  • ITIL certification(s)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT systems
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a managerial role, including experience in implementing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure
  • Hands on experience with help desk and remote-control software
  • Solid technical background with the ability to instruct and explain to non-technical audience


  • Manage the provision of an IT Service Desk which supports the business and IT strategy and objectives
  • Manage IT operations related to the service desk
  • Ensure high- quality desktop, network and server support to end users
  • Plan and Manage IT service delivery
  • Manage ICT Service Desk and Infrastructure
  • Provide team leadership and direction
