Legal Affairs OfficerOur client in the Public Sector has an EE opportunity available for a Legal Affairs Officer. This will be fixed term contract position for 18 months, based in the Centurion area.


  • Appropriate NQF 6 or equivalent qualification in Development Studies, Disaster Risk Management, environmental or social science
  • A NQF 7 qualification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in disaster risk management / risk related field ; Monitoring and Evaluation; information management
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Skills: GIS skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access proficiency; Familiarity with Arc Server, SDE Technologies & Web Services.
  • This role may include 12 hour working shifts from period when Disaster Operation Centre (DOC) is

  • Support implementation of key functions in relation to COVID-19 response
  • Monitoring and reporting on the response interventions
  • Manage the Monitoring and Evaluation system in place
  • Produce reports on the funding transferred to organs of state
  • Information and Record management
  • Compile monthly, quarterly and annual grant reports to National Treasury
  • Assess and evaluate the financial performance by all beneficiaries
