Our client is based in Pretoria and they are currently seeking the services of a IT Admin and Finance Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial and operational IT data
  • Applying and adhering to financial and operation controls and procedures and general IT administration tasks
  • Assisting with operational and capital cost processing tasks
  • Assisting with budget cycles
  • Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations
  • Accountable for all relevant financial reports and financial tracking
  • Accountable for all vendor related payment processes and account reconciliations
  • Responsible for all business case financial projections
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration
  • Must have knowledge of procurement processes
  • Must be able to assist with service desk queries
  • Support team in ensuring contracts/licensing and admin up to date

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or an IT degree
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP software, invoice management processes and requisition management processes
  • A minimum of two years' experience as an IT finance administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards
  • Experience in financial reporting
  • Attention to detail
  • Superb organizational and time management abilities
  • Great collaboration and communication skills
