Technical Competencies:

  1. Sales Activities & Servicing existing customers as well as walk in COD customers
  1. Act as link between Workshop and Office;
  2. Quoting & Estimating on telephone enquiries & customer drawings
  3. Reporting on sales of orders received & orders lost & reasons on computer system;
  4. General office duties & administration;
  5. Invoicing & Credit Notes;
  6. Full Reception Function;
  7. Participate in Stock Takes & controlling stock activities
  8. Weekly Cold Calling & following up min of 8 per day (reports sent to Office Manager Fridays)
  9. Find out who is quoting, designing, doing Q.S. work, who end client contracts project managers are for projects that are quoted on.  Update cards where necessary for reps to follow up if need be;
  10. Keeping order books updated & ensuring all paperwork complete;
  11. Dispatch when required
  12. Participating in Company held functions on after-hour basis;

Kindly be aware that knowledge of the SYSPRO System is a prerequisite
