Purpose of the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full financial, accounting & admin operations, whilst ensuring good corporate governance.

Required Qualifications:

  1. DEGREE in accounting

Technical Competencies & Experience:

  1. Min 5 years’ Financial Management & Costing Experience preferably in Manufacturing
  2. Strategic planning & long-term goals
  3. Leading the finance & admin team
  4. Managing the finance & accounting systems & controls
  5. Statutory compliance
  6. Managing human resources admin needs
  7. Prepare, analyse & report on monthly management accounts

Behavioural Competencies:

  1. Sound technical skills
  2. Ability to work quickly and accurately
  3. Excellent attention to detail
  4. Deadline driven
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities
  6. Excellent computer skills 
  7. Good interpersonal skills
