Purpose of the Job:

To manage the entire HR function within a renowned financial services business based in Umhlanga and to provide strategic direction for the organisation in HR matters.

Technical Competencies & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Commerce or Industrial Psychology
  • At least 3 years of Senior HR Management experience
  • Knowledge of BCEA and labour legislation
  • Oversee Payroll
  • Overseeing Training and Development
  • Performance Appraisals
  • Disciplinaries & Grievance Procedures
  • Employment Equity
  • Recruitment
