Luxury Lodge Operations Manager

Tourism, KwaZulu Natal Eshowe

Opportunity for someone with a 5 Star Lodge management background - based in Eshowe (KZN).

Purpose of the role: to co-ordinate the operations management of four luxury Game Lodges

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. B Com Supply Chain)
  • Background in procurement, logistics & inventory management
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing a luxury lodge
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Role includes:

  • All aspects of Operations
  • People management
  • Service delivery: upholding 5 Star standards at all times
  • Project management (e.g. stock)
  • Housekeeping + other teams
  • Travel (including overnight)
  • Site inspections
  • Reporting
  • Working variable hours
