Qualifications, Technical Competencies & Experience:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce or similar
  2. At least 5 years in a senior sales & strategy position managing sales teams
  3. Significant experience in the perishable FMCG or food industry
  4. Well versed in LEAN principles
  5. Knowledge of the following – FSSC 22000, ISO 45000, 18000 & 9001
  6. Strong grasp of Finance – costing, budgeting, cashflow forecasting and financial reporting
  7. Strong MS Office skills
