Market Related -

Responsible for the recruitment, selection & onboarding, performance management, learning & development interventions, employee engagement, succession planning - in order to meet operational requirements & plans, customer expectations, applicable regulatory governance & changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 10 years’ experience in management, human resources, risk + leadership
  • LEAN principles
  • FSSC 22000, ISO 45000, 18000 and 9001 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & onboarding
  • Training & Development
  • Employee Engagement: including culture, EVP, benefits, incentives
  • Industrial Relations
  • Performance & disciplinary management
  • Payroll
