Purpose of the Job:

A global retail design company are looking for an experienced talent specialist.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  1. BA/BSC degree or equivalent practical experience

Technical Tasks, Competencies & Experience:

  1. 2-5 years’ experience in recruitment/consulting
  2. Experience consulting & managing clients
  3. Experience building relationships across global business
  4. Strategy to recruit talent incl driving business plan, compiling data, networking, & sourcing
  5. Engage key business leaders in order to understand their talent needs
  6. Use talent market expertise, data & insights to educate & influence hiring managers
  7. Guide hiring decision by feedback review, compensation guidance & drive close process
  8. Ensure that candidates understand and embrace our outstanding culture.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our competitors and the industry
  10. Understand broader business & effectively answer questions about strategy, goals & culture
