Purpose of the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for training, senior level recruitment, HR admin and IR.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  1. Postgraduate Diploma in HR or Degree with HR major

Technical Tasks, Competencies & Experience:

  1. 5 years as full HR Administrator
  2. 2 years as SDF
  3. Well versed with Skills Development and interacting with the Seta
  4. IR Policies & Procedures knowledge & experience
  5. Manufacturing experience – advantageous
  6. Training coordination and administration
  7. Recruitment
  8. HR admin
  9. Performance reviews
