FMCG Manufacturing company in Cato Ridge is looking for an HRM with a deep understanding of people development, HR Business Partnering and change management.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the position will be part of the Management team.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification: 4 year’ Degree essential
- Strong academic results
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience
- English skills (business proficiency)
- Zulu skills (an asset)
- Deep understanding of people development
- Strong in change management
- Basic knowledge of South African labour law
- Familiar with procedures with bargaining councils
- Union negotiations
- Forward-thinking and analytical with business understanding
- Influencing skills
- Support in the entire lifecycle of HR including recruitment for the management team level
- Develop and implement HR Policies
- Prepare and submit inputs to payroll monthly
