Purpose of the Job:
A global agricultural company involved in plant nutrition and plant bio-stimulants requires a Business Development Manager to grow market share and develop brand equity
Qualifications
- B. Sc. Agriculture – essential
- Business or commerce degree - advantageous
Required Competencies & Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of sales/business development in commercial agricultural
- An outstanding network of clients and contacts in the commercial agriculture sector
- A strong understanding of plant biology, plant nutrition and bio-stimulants
- Able to grow sales and market share
- Specific behavioural skills required:
- Ability to communicate across multiple cultures and socio-economic backgrounds
- Fluent in Afrikaans
