Purpose of the Job:
International company looking for a highly experienced candidate who has executive potential who can straddle the functional & legal requirements as well as systems, planning, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  1. Degree in HR/IR
Technical Competencies & Experience:
  1. 5 years’ experience, particularly IR
  2. Knowledge in Industrial Relations
  3. o Knowledge of Industrial Relations
  5. Experience in IR Advising to business
  6. Experience organisational Design
  7. Knowledge in local and international law
  8. Experience writing collective agreements
  9. Understand and systems focused
  10. Computer Literate
  11. Experience working with unions
  12. Prepared to travel Local and internationally
