Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and creative Junior Digital Brand Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Online Media strategy for various businesses in order to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.

Required Qualifications

  2. Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Digital or Business

As a Junior Digital Brand Manager, you'll need to:
  • develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
  • manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
  • oversee, plan, create and deliver content across different platforms and markets using scheduling tools such as Later and Hootsuite.
  • create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
  • develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand.
  • develop an influencer strategy and form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms and manage these ongoing.
  • develop, create and implement newsletter campaigns.
  • manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • monitor, track, analyse and report on performance across relevant online platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Get Response and Facebook insights.
  • research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of executing and measuring social media activity.
  • recommend improvements to increase performance.
  • manage a budget for campaigns.

Skills & Experience
You'll need to have:
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Digital background, focusing on content creation and managing of social media platforms.
  • a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers.
  • strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform.
  • knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation.
  • organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
  • project and campaign management skills.
  • skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics.
  • Skincare knowledge and experience - advantageous
