Purpose of the Job:

An international business solutions provider are looking for an assistant and successor for their current HR Manager.


Required Qualifications

  1. Degree in HR/related – preferably BCom


Technical Competencies & Experience:

  1. 2 years experience as an HR Assistant/ similar
  2. Exposure to Labour Law & EE regulations
  3. Effective HR administration & facilitation skills
  4. Good understanding of HR functions & best practices
  5. Computer literate - MS Office


Behavioural Competencies:

  1. Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
  2. Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
  3. Strong organizational & time management skills
  4. Initiative & proactive
  5. Ability to make sound decisions & accountable
  6. Attention to detail & accurately follow instruction
