Purpose of the Job:

A large manufacturing company are looking for a competent HR/Payroll Administrator to provide efficient, accurate and administrative HR services to employees, staff, and management to meet strategic HR and organisational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  1. Degree/Diploma in HR


Technical Competencies & Experience:

  1. Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  2. At least 10 years relevant HR generalist experience
  3. Good working knowledge of Excel
  4. Recruitment & selection
  5. Payroll processing
  6. New employee induction
  7. IR
  8. Terminating employees
  9. Employee welfare
  10. Training & Development
  11. EE
