My client, a well-established concern marketing agricultural products in Stellenbosch Technopark, is seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant with at least 1-2 years' experience in an Administrative or Financial role. A relevant BComm degree is essential

Responsibiities:

  • Opening of contracts on system.
  • Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
  • Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients
  • Collecting of unsigned contracts
  • Managing the monthly NEDBANK audit by collecting and saving Proof of deliveries (POD’s), invoices and signed contracts.
  • 6-month reconciliations

Requirements:

  • Must be fully bilingual
