HR Administration Assistant

Admin / Secretarial, Western Cape Somerset West

Position exists for a HR Administration Assistant with min Grade 12 and 1 - 2 years experience within an office environment. HR qualification advantageous. The successful candidate will have a professional appearance along with excellent communication skills.

Duties will include:

  • Typing of documentation
  • Diary management and scheduling of appointments
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Data capturing
  • Extensive liason with various parties
  • Relief reception


  • Min Grade 12
  • A relevant HR qualification will count in your favour
  • Must be fully bilingual with an excellent comand of the English language
  • Excellent verbal and witten communication skills
  • High energy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Own vehicle and licence required
