Education & Experience:

 

  • · Matric
  • · Relevant Secretarial Qualification
  • High computer literacy – Word (strong), Excel (strong) and PowerPoint (strong)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Minute taking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skills – an ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Capable of working in a pressurized environment – able to occasionally work overtime and with an increased workload.
  • Good business sense and able to pick up concepts quickly
  •  Ability to handle confidentiality

 

Job Description:

To administrate, coordinate and consolidate the day to day aspects of the Marketing department and offer support to the Head of Marketing as well as the Marketing team
