Client Support & Admin Consultant (6-Month Contract)

R 10 000 - R 15 000 Monthly

My Client is currently looking for a 6-month contractor to come in URGENTLY to Support the users of their online learning platforms by dealing with general and technical queries and managing administrative tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Engage with potential clients (via email, Facebook, website messenger or the telephone) who request information on the online products

  • Respond to general and product queries from existing clients (email, Facebook, website messenger or the telephone)

  • Respond to technical queries from existing clients (email, Facebook, website messenger or the telephone) and liaise with the technical team to resolve all issues

  • Capture relevant info of all client support queries and generate a monthly report that provides insight into the client support function

  • Perform regular user testing of online platforms to ensure stability

  • Uploading of content to the various learning platforms

  • Gain client experience insight and channel it into the business to influence change

  • Continuous improvement of the client support and administrative processes

  • Maintain my client’s brand promise in all engagements with potential and existing clients, ensuring a quality and unique client experience is delivered consistently

  • Manage timelines, expectations and relationships with all stakeholders.





  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client support and administrative role

  • Relevant business qualification (degree or diploma)

  • Ability to network and collaborate internally and externally

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Well-developed presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to individuals at all levels

  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills

  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

  • Excellent organising and multi-tasking skills

  • Resourceful, team player, high energy and flexible

  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Thrive in an environment that frequently questions and challenges.
