Half Day Administrator

Admin, Office & Support, Gauteng JHB - Northern Suburbs

R 5500 Monthly

Our client is seeking to employ an allrounder Administrator based in Fourways to start in February 2021 (Half Day post)

Duties include but not limited to:

•Will be attending to filing
•Compiling letters, the distribution of letters and notices etc
•Data capturing such as updating an owners list
•Preparing payslips and handling the distribution thereof
•Handle the preparation and submission of UIF
•Handle Insurance claims and conduct follow up
•Update minute books
•Assist with AGM prep & post
•Municipal follow ups
•Attending to emails (48hrs)
•Prepare invoices for payment
•Complete payment schedule
•Prepare audit files
•Attending to maintenance issues and follow ups
•Adhoc duties

Minimum Requirements:

•1 to 3 years experience in Office Administration
•Must have own transport and license
•Property knowledge advantageous
•Must be computer literate
•Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
•Clean criminal record
•South African
•Drivers License
