Branch Admin Controller (Angolan Citizens only) - Luanda, Angola

Our client, one of the largest suppliers to the food and beverage processing industry, as well as other process industries, is looking to employ a Branch Admin Controller at their offices in Luanda, Angola.

Key functions:

 

  • General Office Admiration:

Managing the day-to-day office functions; provide administrative support to all departments, assist with human resource functions and ensure adherence to health, safety and quality standards as prescribed by the regional office for Africa. Responsible for payments of taxation, social security, etc. Assist with, letters of invitation, visas, flight bookings and accommodation for Field Service Engineers.

 

 

  • Import, Export and Customs Clearance:

Preparation of all relevant import and export freight documentation. 

 

  • Quotations:

Compile and issue client quotations, detailing spares required and labour. Follow up on outstanding quotes, reporting in terms of quotes sent out vs quotes accepted and update CRM system.

 

  • Petty Cash:

Control daily transactions and create PO’s.

 

  • Service and Processing Calls:

Opening of job cards, loading costs, obtain order no’s, prep job for invoicing, create picking lists, create PO’s and order parts, follow up on spares deliveries, assist with planning work schedules, complete job costings, sign off of service calls, create pro-forma invoices for sign off, invoice clients, follow up on outstanding PO’s and file job cards.

 

  • Creditors:

Open vendor accounts, manage new credit applications, receive and deliver parts on system, process supplier credit notes, liaise with head office to expedite payments.

 

  • Debtors:

Process invoices, resolve queries, receipt payments and assist clients with credit applications.

 

  • Stores:

Monthly stock take, receiving and sending of stock, purchasing of stock, booking parts to relevant jobs and parts sales.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Administrative Certificate / Diploma
  • Min 4 years relevant experience within a service industry
  • Sound working knowledge of import/export/customs clearance and logistics procedures
  • Strong financial acumen
  • English and Portuguese
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport essential
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and an ERP System
