A Global Pharmaceutical Company has a vacancy for a Management Assistant available within their Marketing division.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support for designated managers
  • Administer the purchasing process for designated managers
  • Make arrangements for all types of meetings for designated managers and other delegates.
  • These include internal meetings,
  • conferences, congresses, overseas meetings, CPD meetings, functions etc.
  • Coordinate & monitor CPD process as required
  • Maintain & update PowerPoint and Excel sales & market data
  • Administer & maintain efficient control documents required for Corporate Compliance
  • Handle office inventory and maintain office equipment
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for designated managers and other delegates
  • Deputize for other assistants in their absence
  • Any other business-related tasks required by designated managers

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification
  • Proven track record in a secretarial position
  • Matric
  • Secretarial diploma or certificate will be an advantagee

Skills Required:

  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
  • Figure-orientated person
  • Driver’s License Code 8
  • Must be able to multi-task, work under pressure and work after hours when required.
  • Confidence to communicate with customers and the Company’s Head office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
