Corporate Help Desk Engineers needed for a Top International Hotel based in Cape Town.

Must have 3 years experience in hospitality IT management.

Essential Education:

CompTIA A+

CompTIA N+ 

MCSE Windows 2012 or later 

Mimecast CTS Level 2 or equivalent

MSP

HPE ASE Data Center Architect

HPE ASE – Server Solutions V3

HP ASE - FlexNetwork Architect V2

ITIL V3 Practitioner

Desirable - Bachelor or equivalent in computer science

Must have expertise knowledge of:

TCP/IP

IT Infrastructure

Windows Operating systems (both server and client)

Windows AD

Microsoft Azure

Converged Networks (Voice, Data Video)

HP/Cisco Networking

IT Security ( Fortinet and Trustwave services)

Google Enterprise Suite ( G Suite )

Cloudberry Offsite storage

Hospitality HSIA

Oracle Opera PMS 5.5 and higher

Oracle Micros POS 3700 , 9700 , Symphony

SQL and Oracle Databases

Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle cloud services ( JCS, ICS and DBS)

Service Now ITSM

ITIL 3.0

IMPORTANT:


Ability to work under pressure

Ablity to work unsociable hours/weekends and flexiable schedule

Able to travel within the region and abroad

Able to be on a rotating "on-call service" for 24/7 coverage
