Must have 8 years + experience in hospitality IT management

Essential Education:

Bachelor or equivalent in computer science

CompTIA A+

CompTIA N+

MCSE Windows 2012 or later

Mimecast CTS Level 2 or equivalent

Ruckus Zone Director Certified

HPE ASE Data Center Architect

HPE ASE – Server Solutions V3

HP ASE - FlexNetwork Architect V2

ITIL V3 Practitioner

Essential Knowledge:


IT Infrastructure

Windows Operating systems (both server and client)

Windows AD

Microsoft Azure

Converged Networks (Voice, Data Video)

HP/Cisco Networking

IT Security ( Fortinet and Trustwave services)

Google Enterprise Suite ( G Suite )

Cloudberry Offsite storage

Voice Systems

Hospitality HSIA

Oracle Opera PMS 5.5 and higher

Oracle Micros POS 3700 , 9700 , Symphony

SQL and Oracle Databases

Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle cloud services ( JCS, ICS and DBS)

Service Now ITSM Administration

AXIS/Milestone CCTV

ITIL 3.0


Ablity to work under pressure

Able to work unsocialbe hours/weekends and flexiable schedule

Ablity to travel within the region and abroad

Able to be on a rotating "on-call service" for 24/7 coverage
