Contract Seller Support Associate

We are currently recruiting for a Seller Support Associate for a well-established E-Commerce client based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have experience in Customer Service and they must have a passion for Customer Service.

This role reports to a Seller Support Team Lead

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Active engagement with Sellers to address their operational queries and challenges
  • Engagement with other teams within the company to resolve Seller queries
  • Appropriate escalation of seller queries and challenges
  • Provide information on the types of seller queries and related processes, in order to drive process improvement across the Marketplace team

  • Process-oriented to drive to operational excellence
  • Ability to identify the root cause of Seller challenges/queries and resolve accordingly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Customer service orientated in terms of seller engagement
  • Thinks like an owner

Qualifications

  • Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a stakeholder management operational role (customer service experience is a plus)
  • Excel experience
  • Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
