Key Account Manager

R 360 000 - R 420 000 Annually

Multi-national concern is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to take care of a Retail portfolio. Previous experience and a proven track record in Retail Accounts Management and relationship building is essential.

The purpose of the role will be to maximise performance of Accounts in line with agreed strategies and
business objectives and through strengthening the business relationship
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving the sell-on sales budget for the allocated accounts and subsequent tasks required in achieving the set targets
Develop, implement and monitor Strategic & Tactical Business Plans and co-ordinate all appropriate resources to enable achievement of business objectives for the allocated Accounts
Responsible for utilising and planning investments to maximise business performance return on investment.
Monitor and analyse account data and optimise continuous business performance as well as create business opportunities on local level
This role would suit a motivated and self-directed sales professional that can operate within guidelines assigned
Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude
Presentation skills
Negotiating and influencing at all levels
Problem solving and decision making
Previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record doing sales to Retail is essential.

Other Benefits: Commission based on Sales, bonus
