A well-established, global company based in the CBD is currently looking to hire experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their contact centre.   •  Receiving and making outbound calls
  • Taking action of incoming queries
  • Escalation of calls
  • Delivery of results as per company SLA
  • Resolving complaints from customers
  • Build and maintain good client relationships



  •  Matric/Senior Certificate
  • Clear Credit and Criminal Records
  • At least 2 years customer service experience within the BPO (UK contact centre advantageous)/Retail/Hospitality or a Frontline Service Industry
  • Fluency in English & an excellent command of English (neutral accent) is vital
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Have a flair for problem solving and must be an analytical thinker
  • Contactable references
  • Must be able to work in a rotation shift environment
