DUTIES:

  • Marketing – keen interest in social media and digital marketing
  • Support to MD – diary management, prepare presentations, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Financial support – invoicing, update spreadsheets, support Accountant
  • HR – Staff supervision, staff recruitment, team building
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
  • Senior certificate / Credit / criminal clear
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a busy, varied role
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Staff supervision experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel advanced level) will be tested
  • Marketing experience (social media & digital)
  • Financially numerate
  • Involved in running projects, working with deadlines
