Our client is a well established international Company based in the Southern Suburbs looking for an exceptional Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. They are looking for an Energetic, Self motivated, Professional individual that understands that their role makes a DIFFERENCE to their Company. They are not looking for Ordinary they are looking for Extraordinary!

DUTIES

The purpose of this role is to support the organisation with all admin related tasks and duties, which includes but are not limited to:

  • Manage reception area – meet and greet clients
  • Administrative duties
  • Create invoices using Pastel
  • Report on Sales Figures
  • Up-date debtors figures
  • Maintain stock levels of products
  • Involved in quotes/costings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pastel experience non negotiable
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Minimum 2 years having worked in a Reception/Office admin role
  • Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification and adv)
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Reside in Southern Suburbs
