Personal Assistant required to assist Director of an innovative property group based in Ballito.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience as a PA
  • Own vehicle
  • Strong admin skills and organised
  • Computer literate

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full PA function
  • Attending to emails and manage business cellphone
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements if required
  • Attending meetings and takign notes if required
  • Admin
  • Various ad hoc requests
