To manage SDLC process and deliverables regarding requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and production support. To further support development and validation of conceptual, logical and physical data models. Assisting stakeholders in reporting requirements and documentation of reporting best practices and procedures. To create reporting solutions based on Business intelligence


  • Maintain service providers Service Level Agreements and contracts with service providers and clients
  • Administration of relevant project management software
  • Assist in managing and controlling budgets
  • Collate all weekly reports from the respective TQM sections within TQM
  • To administrate the innovation helpdesk by looking at requirements and
  • resource availability
  • Assist with daily task driven goal attainment and the definition of these goals
  • To clearly define project risks and help mitigate these risks
  • Create and maintain formal and informal communication channels between
  • resources and team
  • Analyse and improve current project processes and ensure adherence to the
  • outlined processes
  • To plan and prioritise multiple projects and schedule required resources
  • Within these projects.
  • Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library
  • To create well defined project meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • Administrate project change controls and amend projects accordingly


  • Relevant tertiary qualification covering preferably both the business and information technology sectors, or
  • Qualified by Experience, suitable portfolio of evidence provided


  • Very high level of computer literacy including SSRS (MS SQL Server Reporting Services), SSIS (MS SQL Integration Services), ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load),  Excel based reports, Transactional SQL Queries
  • Reporting Best practices
  • Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies
  • Requirements management and analysis best practices
  • Experienced in Qlikview data  and application integration
  • Understanding of defined business and user requirements and ability to migrate requirements to QlikView solutions
