Responsible for seeking opportunities abroad, establishing sales territories and building relationships with agents who can represent the brand.
Duties:
- Design sales strategies according to customer requirement and collaborate with country sales manager to prepare budget for projects.
- Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows and ensure all activities are according to customer specifications
- Assist business partners to design efficient distribution strategies for customers and ensure compliance to all foreign regulations
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment of products
- Prepare effective business plans for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit and organize all market plans to suit all customer requirements
- Analyse sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor trends and preferences of customers
- Accountable for design and implementation of all export strategies and activities
- Monitor prospective markets and identify appropriate business opportunities
Requirements:
- Business related qualification
- Minimum 8 Years experience in International Sales/Exports in Europe and or Asia
- At least 5 years experience as an International Sales/ Export Manager in a Retail, Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
- The role involves extensive travel. The incumbent mut be well-travelled and be willing to travel locally and abroad for extended periods of time.
