Contracts Manager

Must have email contracting experience with a large, listed contractor and have worked on large sized projects in excess of R150 million. You shall preferably have a third level qualification along with  a minimum of 15 years experience in construction.

This position shall report to the MD of a large building contractor.
You will be expected to take overall charge of one large project of 50m euro plus, or take charge of two to three smaller projects.
Overall responsibility for delivering the project including Procurement of subcontractors, management of site team, delivery, safety, quality and client relationships.
