Contracts Manager / Site Manager required for a Building project in the Southern suburbs area of Cape Town
Desired experience that our client is looking for include the following:
- A formal building degree or diploma is preferred.
- 10+ years experience gained on site with the construction of Residential construction projects is essential.
- This position reports to a Senior Contracts Manager
- This position is responsible to manage Site Managers and Foreman all based on site
- Must have a solid track record of working with subbies and maintaining excellent sub contractor relationships.
- MS Project experience shall be an advantage as you shall be given a programme of works to follow and to maintain by the Senior Contracts Manager who is based at Head Office.
