Education: Candidate must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

* ND or Bachelor degree in procurement, supply chain, engineering and / or MCIPS accreditation
* In depth knowledge of procurement and global sourcing
* Min 10 years progressive experience, including leadership achievements
* Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders in multi-cultural, multinational environments
* Technical understanding of heavy engineering equipment supply to mining, cement or power generation with exposure to fabrication, castings, machining
* Understand the mining charter and drive for local content
* High tech use of data to drive innovation and key decision making using systems like Power BI or similar

BSC/BEng Mechanical Engineer with minimum 4 years Engineering Experience in mining and minerals processing. Crushing experience preferable. CAD experience required.
